The Edge Pro not only sells sharpening and repair equipment but we are also a factory authorized service center for most major brands, meaning we can sharpen blades for your scissors, clippers, and shears, as well as perform maintenance and repair on an of your grooming tools. We offer high quality, satisfaction guaranteed sharpening and repair services for both wholesale and retail customers. What Is Your Turn Around Time?
We understand it can be hard to be without your grooming tools for very long and it is our goal to get them back to you as fast as we can, but sometimes we get busy. Our goal is to only have them in our shop for five business days but sometimes in the busy season that can vary a little bit. We cannot control the shipping times so that is not figured into our turn around time.
How Do I Send My Tools?
When you send us your grooming tools whether you are sending one small item or multiple items you will want to package them securely to prevent damage from the shipping companies. You will also want to include the following things:
- A note with your name and all of your contact information.
- A detailed note about what you need to have done with the items you sent in.
- Please do NOT include any form of payment. We will contact you after the service is completed for payment.

Payment will be collected after the sharpening or repair service is completed before the tools are shipped back to you. We will call for payment and will not ship anything until the payment has been received. You will be expected to pay for the shipping to The Edge Pro and the return shipping will be applied to your final invoice as well.
