When we first migrated over to this new site we had a lot of issues follow us. Between weird formatting issues, messed up product descriptions, missing product images, to issues specifically affecting distributors. Many have called about some of these issues, I have kept notes on what you called about, and I have been working to address these problems whenever I get a chance to. Looking around the website within the past few weeks you may have noticed that there have been quite a few changes to products and the front page itself. That is because we now have a second person working with me on the website to fix these things. We have made progress on fixing the clipper and clipper blade images and descriptions and are now working on modifying the front page to be more accessible for retail users looking to simply buy whatever they may be looking for. Expect to see even more changes in the near future addressing the parts categories, fixing Oster animal clippers, product cross-selling, and a category for our most popular clippers, as we work to make this website easier and simpler for you, the customer, to browse and shop with. In the meantime, check out the new videos that have been posted to our youtube channel!
